Welcome STEM product customers! Our goal is to make your KitBook buying experience as easy and successful as your KitBook using experience will be.

Ordering

We gladly accept orders on-line (www.kitbook.com ), over the phone (423-794-6222), and in the mail (Edamar, Inc., 2109 West Market St., Suite 100, Johnson City, TN 37604). You can e-mail us your order but please do not e-mail us your credit card number, that is not a secure way to order. If ordering by e-mail, provide an e-mail address to which we can send a PayPal invoice, or call us with your credit card number.

 

Our operation is not open to walk-in customers. If you are in the Tri Cities Tennessee area, you can find our products at Hobby Town, 3515 Bristol Highway, Johnson City, TN.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from businesses and schools. Terms are net 30 days. If you have a tax exempt ID number, please include that in your PO or ordering instructions.

Payment

We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and payments through PayPal, whichever is easiest for you. Note: you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:


After you submit your PayPal order, click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Shipping

Orders for standard products will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment or receipt of PO. Custom products will typically ship within 14 days ARO and will be defined in the custom product quotation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Our standard shipping methods are via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) and FedEx Home Delivery (home addresses). All take 2-10 business days depending on distance from our shipping point in east Tennessee. Express shipping is also available at checkout for an extra charge. For wholesale orders, we can ship via your preferred carrier if you provide your shipping ID number.

 Please note that customers outside the US and Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. We have no control over these charges or over delays caused by customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

We back our products with a one-year 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any part of our product is defective we will repair or replace it free within one year of purchase. If within one year you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it (you pay for the return shipping unless the return is the result of our error) for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You must include a copy of your receipt and a letter stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise in our custom product quotation prior to purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you are purchasing our products as a gift, we will be happy to include a hand written note in the shipment at no extra cost. Please contact us directly at the time of order to inform us of the details (occasion, shipping address, and personal message) to be included in the package.
